Enrique Carrillo
Enrique is currently the Director of Americas Customer Growth & Strategy, CPG, Retail/Travel, Life Sciences, Auto/Industrial/Aero at Accenture, a $65B global business consulting and services company. He was formerly senior vice president of strategic growth for diverse manufacturing, consumer products, retail, and telecom at WNS, a $1.4B business process transformation company; a vice president at Grid Dynamic, an end-to-end global digital engineering solutions consultancy focused on digital commerce, AI, data, and cloud and has also held executive roles at Infosys, Genpact, Wipro, IBM, Nortel, and Johnson & Johnson. Enrique started his career at General Electric (GE) as a financial management program participant, eventually becoming the controller for GE Supply and GE Energy Caribbean.
With over 30 years of experience driving business growth, Enrique's experience includes founding multiple start-up ventures, including a supply chain and IT consulting firm and a hotel.
Enrique holds a master's degree in international business administration from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University, a certificate in Latin American business from the Warrington School of Management at the University of Florida, a certificate in digital transformation from AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Massachusetts.
He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese. Enrique lives in downtown Chicago. He is active in for-profit and civic organizations, including The Rejuvi Venture and the High Logistics Group, where he serves as a Board Director and Board Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO) Latino Alliance. He is also a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. In 2023, he earned the Chicago United Business Leaders of Color Award and the SSOW 2023 Business Resiliency Award. In 2024, he earned the Marketing 2.0 Conference Outstanding Leadership Award, was recognized by Negocios Now in its Who's Who in Hispanic Business as one of the Top 50 Powerful Corporate Hispanics and was nominated for the 2024 Chicago Latino Network (CLN) Latino Leader Award.
