Erica Grant is a Partner and Head of Leadership & Talent with Lotis Blue Consulting, a Business Transformation firm that leverages data science and behavioral science to drive growth and impact. She has partnered with hundreds of clients across sectors to unlock the potential of their organizations, leaders, and workforce. Erica is passionate about combining rigorous research, science, and practical business sense to craft purpose-built and people-centric solutions, and frequently speaks on the topics of high-performing leadership, employee experience, and workforce trends. She also serves as the leader of the Kaleidoscope Network, Lotis Blue’s Women’s Leadership Group, and the Firm's DE&I Committee, and is personally committed to fostering inclusion, empowerment, and the growth of diverse talent. Originally from Detroit, Erica fell in love with the Chicago culture and community during her time at Columbia College Chicago and currently resides with her family in Oak Park.
