Jerry Dillenburg
Jerry Dillenburg is an investment services industry senior executive with over 25 years of compliance, finance, operational, corporate governance, and management expertise. He is an independent director on the board of the E-Valuator Risk Managed Strategy Funds, a mutual fund complex consisting of six funds managed by Systelligence, LLC, a Minnesota-based investment adviser.
Throughout his career, Jerry has held several high-level positions in the mutual fund industry, including chief financial officer, chief compliance officer, and chief operating officer. He has also been active on committees at the Investment Company Institute, the industry’s leading global trade organization. Jerry was one of three managing partners at Aston Asset Management, LLC (Aston), which was formed in 2006 upon sale from ABN AMRO. Prior to Aston, he was responsible for mutual fund operations and compliance at ABN AMRO and Alleghany (CT&T) Funds.
Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He was a certified public accountant and practiced for seven years at KPMG Peat Marwick, specializing in investment services clients. After KPMG, he also volunteered during tax seasons for the Center for Economic Progress for over 10 years, preparing and reviewing tax returns for low-income families. Jerry was raised in Aurora, Illinois, and lived in Chicago for nearly 25 years. He currently resides in Clarendon Hills with his wife and three children.
