Maggie Miller is a Principal at Lotis Blue Consulting Partners, a Chicago-based management consulting firm focused on helping clients accelerate growth and transform how they deliver value to their customers, leveraging deep expertise in data science and behavioral science. As a member of the Professional Services Practice within Lotis Blue, Maggie specializes in working with Top 200 Law, Top 100 public accounting, specialty consulting firms, and other management consulting firms. Her areas of expertise include strategy design and development, customer and client segmentation strategies, go-to-market approaches, operating model design, talent performance, and compensation strategies. In addition to her role at Lotis Blue, Maggie also serves as chief client officer for Orgaimi, an AI and machine learning software product that helps big law and accounting firms identify client growth opportunities and churn risk. She manages all client success responsibilities of Orgaimi and serves on the management team for the start-up.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue Consulting Partners, Maggie was a management consultant within the Commercial Innovation Practice at Palladium, an international development firm. In her role, Maggie helped commercial, governmental, and nonprofit clients to develop new business models and product lines focused on driving positive economic and social impact in developing markets, which included work across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Maggie has also worked for Deloitte in Copenhagen, Denmark, and for a microfinance institution in Can Tho, Vietnam. 

Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, and holds a Bachelor of Science with attainments in Commerce and Business Administration and a minor in Poverty and Human Capability Studies through the Shepherd Program. As part of her studies, Maggie focused on the interdisciplinary study of poverty in the US, which included coursework, community advocacy, social enterprise involvement and service for local nonprofits in the Rockbridge County, Virginia, area.
