Oi Eng-Crandus
Oi Eng-Crandus is a versatile leader with experience driving impact in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She retired as Vice President of Finance and Operations at the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, where she oversaw finance, human resources, information technology, and administrative operations to support the organization’s mission of advancing racial equity and economic opportunity.
Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Oi led a team delivering e-commerce merchandising and marketing solutions to drive customer growth and retention. She also held positions in strategy, finance and business development at Sears and BP Amoco.
Now in her third chapter, Oi is focused on helping nonprofits create meaningful change that strengthens communities and improves lives. She serves as Secretary of the RefugeeOne board, sits on the advisory board of Ladder Up, and shares her expertise as a volunteer and consultant for a variety of mission-driven organizations.
Oi earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Chicago with her husband and has two sons.
