Oi Eng-Crandus
Oi Eng-Crandus is the chief finance and operations officer of Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, a nonprofit working to secure racial equity and economic opportunity for all. In this role, she oversees finance, human resources, information technology, and office management for the organization.
Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Oi served as vice president of customer development at Essendant where she led a team delivering e-commerce merchandising and marketing solutions to drive customer growth and retention strategies. She also held positions in strategy, finance and business development at Sears and BP Amoco. Oi is a former board member of RefugeeOne and has served as a pro bono consultant and coach to a variety of nonprofits.
Oi earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in Chicago with her husband and has two sons attending college.
