Paula is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, transformation, and strategy. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and a Certified Public Accountant, she has honed her expertise across various domains including Private Equity, M&A, operations, financial planning, controllership, audit, and business and digital transformation. Her journey began with roles at multiple CPG companies, including ConAgra, Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and Favorite Brands International/Farley Candy, where she demonstrated her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive operational efficiency.

In her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Transformation at Constellation Brands/Crown Imports, Paula has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including standing up the first Business Transformation function and Digital Business Acceleration initiative for Constellation. Her strategic acumen has been pivotal in developing operations and commercial strategies, building new muscle across the enterprise, and implementing organizational structures and teams to support growth. Paula's financial prowess has been evident throughout her career, from overseeing financial due diligence for multi-billion-dollar acquisitions to leading strategic, long-range, and annual planning processes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Paula is a certified executive coach and team coach, dedicated to nurturing high-potential talent. She balances her career with interests in global travel, yoga, reading, and volunteering at her local cat shelter.  She lives in Orland Park with her husband Jim and their 3 cats and is looking forward to her next career pivot by using her skills and expertise to help her community.
