Rose Fealy
Rose Fealy is vice president, director of finance and administration/chief financial officer for Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry (MSI), the largest and most interactive museum of its type in the Western Hemisphere. She brings to MSI 30-plus years of leadership experience in operations, finance, human resources and client service in both private sector and nonprofit organizations.
As part of the leadership team, Rose drives a shared vision for MSI’s future, managing organizational transformation and creating a high performance, results-driven culture. She leads finance, retail, general counsel, IT, and facilities operations. Additionally, Rose is charged with maintaining and revitalizing the 100+ year-old architectural treasure and business planning for the next generation of exhibits.
Most recently, Rose was principal at the Civic Consulting Alliance, a nonprofit, pro bono management consulting firm that works with business experts and government leaders to develop solutions for city, county, and state government agencies.
Prior to this role, she was vice president and general manager at Accero, a licensed software and professional services company. Earlier in her career, Rose held various senior-level positions at Hewitt Associates where she led acquisition teams, restructured operations, and drove operational efficiencies through process improvements.
Rose currently serves as a trustee of Kenyon College, a director on the board of The Cradle and executive director of Music@Bethel. Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
