Ted Jackson
Ted Jackson is the executive vice president of operations for the food and delivery division of Novolex, including the Duro Bag, Bagcraft, Burrows, Deluxe and Retail Bag business units. Novolex is one of North America’s leaders in packaging choice and sustainability products serving retail, grocery, food service, hospitality, institutional and industrial markets. He has over 20 years of organizational leadership and operations improvement experience with a focus on manufacturing excellence. Previously, Ted served as a director with AlixPartners, a global management consulting firm focused on corporate turnarounds and financial performance improvement and was one of the leaders of the consumer products industry team. Earlier career roles include leadership positions with IBM and SAP.
He has strong philanthropic interests around providing higher education opportunities and has established endowments at Clark Atlanta University and Purdue University for students pursuing STEM and business degrees. Ted earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and engineering at Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Business Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
Ted is also very active in the Chicago business community as a member of the Economics Club of Chicago and Private Directors Association. An enthusiastic athlete, Ted has competed in events such as the Chicago marathon, multiple half marathons and enjoys boxing, basketball, and CrossFit.
