Tricia is an operations professional with extensive experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency across a variety of different industries and functional areas. Her diverse background encompasses automotive manufacturing at Ford Motor Company, management strategy consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, retail at Canadian Tire Corporation, and healthcare at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Tricia holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration in operations strategy and organizational behavior from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.

Tricia is currently taking a sabbatical from her professional life to spend more time enjoying her children and giving back to her community.
